International students seeking to enrol in the new 2009 diplomas are able to enrol in the current Diploma of Multimedia or Diploma of Screen and transition to the new courses once the college has finalised CRICOS approval.

This page provides enrolment information for students who are citizens of countries other than Australia and New Zealand.

Entry Requirements

Entry into either our Diploma or Degree programs is initially arranged by submitting an Application Form.

International Students must be over eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the first day they are required to attend Qantm College (usually the start of orientation week).

Along with your Application, you will also need to supply certified copies of the following documents:

  • The personal identification (photo) page of your passport;
  • Proof that you have successfully completed your Secondary Education (High School) or equivalent;
  • Proof of your proficiency in English. One way to provide this documentary evidence is to complete an IELTS test. If you would like to discuss alternate options, please contact the College.

Please note that if you have completed other tertiary study in a related field, you may wish to apply for advanced standing. You are welcome to contact the College to discuss this possibility and your options for arranging the application.

How to Enrol

This enrolment process applies to all Qantm Diplomas and Degrees delivered at each of our campuses in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

The explanation below is an abbreviated version of the entire application process. For the full explanation and a helpful checklist, please contact the College.

  1. Gather INFORMATION about the College and the Course and ensure that you meet the ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  2. DECIDE whether you prefer to use a registered Education or Immigration Agent or not.
  3. Organise CERTIFIED COPIES of your documents.
  4. Complete your APPLICATION form and SEND it to Qantm College.
  5. Wait to receive a LETTER OF OFFER.
  6. ACCEPT your place and PAY at least the first trimester's fees (students choosing to pay in advance in order to receive discounted rates will pay the full amount due).
  7. Receive your eCOE and organise your VISA.
  8. Arrange your travel and accommodation.
  9. Attend ORIENTATION.
  10. Commence STUDY.

Student Health Care

A requirement of all student visa holders is that they must maintain Health Cover for the full duration of their study in Australia. Qantm College Student Administration will assist students to obtain Health Cover once they have arrived at their destination. It is also recommended that students obtain accident and travel insurance prior to leaving their home country.

Qantm College has contacts that can assist students in finding accommodation. These include:

  • Home stays

Prices for accommodation vary according to your requirements.
