Students undertaking this program of study will learn to design and develop interactive content for a range of platforms including the world wide web, mobile phones, CD-Rom, DVD and touch-screen.
Key features of the course include graphic design, interface design, and interaction design for the internet and broadcast media as well as scriptwriting and storyboarding, 2D and 3D animation, video and sound editing, development and programming.
Students of the Bachelor of Applied Multimedia may also wish to specialise in print-based media. The program offers elective units in graphic design and techniques for pre-press and print production.
